Surimi alla marinara
Instructions
Put the oil in an ovenproof dish, on fire, and affettarvi in garlic; get it going for a while and then add the tomato and capers; cut the sweet potatoes into chunks and, when the tomato is hot, pour in the pieces of surimi; Add the chopped Basil.
Leave a little tomato and season the whole thing (being the surimi already steamed, doesn't need a prolonged cooking and then slurpare directly if you like strong flavours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of surimi in sticks
- 12 salted capers
- 300 g of tomato paste
- Fresh basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 thread of olive oil
