Instructions

ONIONS 05031 Saur-sweet sauce INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g onions already peeled, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 glass of broth, salt and pepper.

Wash the scallions in cold water and drain.

Brown them in a pan with oil and sugar.

Add the vinegar and let it evaporate.

Stir, pour in the broth, salt and pepper.

Cook covered and if necessary pour broth again.
