05042 "ANDALUSIAN" ARTICHOKES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 small artichokes, 4 eggs, 1/2 litre of broth, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 slice of bread, 1 tablespoon vinegar, triangles of toasted bread, parsley, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
Fry the garlic in a little oil, once you take it out and Golden in the same oil sauté the slice of bread.
Clean the artichokes, cut into four pieces and let them cook in the broth with cover until tender, season with pepper and paprika and finally pour the vinegar.
Knead the bread and garlic with a little water, then add the artichokes a few minutes before the end of cooking.
Serve the artichokes by decorating with triangles of toast and boiled eggs into rings.
