Instructions

Clean the artichokes, place them whole in a saucepan rather high.

Unite merged two cloves of garlic and cover up to two-thirds the artichokes with a mixture composed of two parts of oil and water.

Adjust salt and pepper; Cook covered over low heat for about half an hour.
