Artichokes stuffed with tuna
Instructions
05049 STUFFED ARTICHOKES and ANCHOVY TUNA INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 artichokes, 1 box of tuna in oil, 4 salted anchovies, 2 slices of bread, 2 tbsp capers, 1 clove of garlic, 1 lemon, parsley, milk, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Clean the artichokes, remove the hard leaves and spray them with lemon.
Soak the bread in milk, add the garlic and the chopped parsley, tuna and anchovies, passed to the Blender to get a cream finish, finally incorporated the capers.
Open the artichokes in the Center and fill with cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place them in a saucepan.
Pour 1 cup of olive oil, a little water, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.
Gratinate in the oven for a few minutes, before serving.
