Cream peas
Instructions
INGREDIENTS 1 package of 4 PEOPLE frozen peas 50 g of cured ham 200 ml.
skim milk 1 sprig of mint 1 tablespoon butter salt, pepper PROCEDURE Place the peas in a saucepan with 25 dl of water, the butter, the chopped Mint and a bit of salt and pepper; with and let simmer very slowly until they are tender.
Add the sliced ham and milk, ground with salt and cook for a few minutes.
Serve hot.
