Instructions
CHICKPEA 05730 to BEAT of HERBS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 tin of chickpeas, 1 bag of pine nuts, 40 g of Parmesan, 1 clove of garlic, 2 bunches of Sage, 100 g of olive oil.
Wash, Peel the Sage and dry it thoroughly.
Chop finely with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese.
Add oil flush and homogenized.
Take chickpeas out of their box, rinse in cold water and drain.
Put them in a bowl and toss with the pesto to the Sage.
