Instructions

Cook chick peas as shown above.

Prepare the anchovy sauce by heating oil in a pan and let yourself melt water anchovies and de-boned.

After about ten minutes, add a sprig of parsley and a pinch of pepper.

Stir.

Seasoned chickpeas with hot sauce, check the salt and serve.

Accompanying wines: Gavi, Orvieto DOC, DOC Castel Del Monte Bianco DOC.
