Bruschetta with cannellini beans
Instructions
In a pan with plenty of cold water flavoured with Sage throw shelled beans and let them on fire for an hour and a half.
Toss with the oil, two halls and an abundant ground black pepper, then spread the mixture on the toasted bread slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 loaf of bread (from 400 g loaves)
- 300 g of fresh cannellini beans
- Some leaves of sage
- 2 = Sockets = Salt
- Minced 1 of black pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
