Instructions

06175 HUNGARIAN INGREDIENTS 4 Hamburgers PEOPLE 1/2 kg of veal minced meat, 1 egg yolk, 1 onion, 1 slice of bread, half a tablespoon of mustard, parsley, flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

For the sauce: 1 Apple, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon flour, broth, oregano, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

CASE mix the meat with the onion, breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, chopped parsley, egg yolk and mustard, add salt, pepper and formed four medallions.

Toss them in flour and FRY in hot oil.

Over low heat, saute in olive oil, Apple, onion and carrot, chopped.

When taking color add the flour and FRY for a minute.

Combine the vinegar, parsley, oregano and pour the broth, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Put medallions in sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
