Instructions

SPINACH ROLL 06181 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 kg veal, 400 g of spinach, 4 cheese slices, 1 egg, 3 carrots, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 leeks, 1 stick of celery, broth, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, thyme, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
