Sausage with Brussels sprouts and chestnuts

ingredients for 4 people
sausage, 8 100 g of bacon lying in a slice, 20 Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, 10-12 a clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 onion, bay leaf, 2 shallots, salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil the chestnuts with salt and Bay leaves, Peel well. Peel the Brussels sprouts and cook al dente in salted water. Drain and keep aside.
In a saucepan heat 2 tablespoons oil and let brown slightly the onion, chopped shallots and chop the bacon cut into strips. Add chestnuts, sprouts, whole garlic and sausage that you punzecchiato.
Cook over medium heat without cover, stirring continuously so that all ingredients are rosolino well. Towards the end of the cooking time (about 20 minutes) add salt and pepper.
