Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of calf tail, 1/2 kg white onions 2 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 200 ml milk, 3 tablespoons mustard, olive oil, salt.

Peel the onions and place them in a pan with a little oil and the meat cut into regular pieces.

Add the grated tomatoes and garlic, add salt and Cook, gently heat until the meat is tender.

Serve immediately.
