Grilled pork cutlet
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 onion, 2 tablespoons mustard, oil 10 cl d? peanuts, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 10 cl of beer, 2 Bay leaves, 4 thick pork chops 1, 5 cm, salt, pepper.
Peel and chop the onion; in a bowl mix the mustard, oil, vinegar, onion, parsley and finally the beer.
Add the Bay leaves and dip the pork chops.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator, turning chops twice.
Drain with absorbent paper towel and add salt on both sides; Let them Brown on the barbecue, 10 minutes per side, cospargendole with the marinade.
Served piping hot.
