Beef sautéed with chinese cabbage

2_06814 BEEF SAUTÉED with CHINESE CABBAGE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 25 g fresh ginger 1 garlic clove, a teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of Vermouth, 500 g of beef, a Chinese cabbage, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.
Peel and finely grate the ginger and place it in a glass bowl.
Add the crushed garlic, sugar, soy sauce, Vermouth and stir thoroughly.
Cut the meat in thin slices, not much.
Place them in the bowl and stir carefully so that the meat is well mixed with the sauce.
Clean the Chinese cabbage; cut it in half and then into strips about 1/2 cm.
Wash and dry them thoroughly.
In a saucepan or a wok can you blast the meat without ceasing to stir with the hot oil for about 6 minutes on high heat.
Then remove the meat and keep it aside.
In the same cesseruola you blast the Chinese cabbage for 2 minutes at high heat, without ceasing to stir: must be crispy.
Then add the meat and continue cooking for 2 minutes at moderate flame.
Serve.
