Beef skewers with cauliflower grits

2_06808 BEEF SKEWERS with CAULIFLOWER GRITS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 skewers of beef, a small cauliflower, 30 g salted butter, a pinch of spice mix, 2 tablespoons olive oil, the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, some Chervil sprig for garnish, salt and pepper.
Wash and clean the cauliflower.
With a medium texture, grater, grate the cauliflower.
Cook then steam for 5 minutes, continuing to mix it with the pounta a fork.
