Bruschetta with tuna, onion and tomato
Instructions
Cut the onions into rings and let them sit in the water for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and let them drain.
In a bowl chopped tuna into pieces not too small and add the diced tomato and onions well drained.
Season with salt, olive oil and a sprinkling of oregano and pour it all over the slices of bread previously bruscate.

- 160 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 san marzano tomatoes
