2_07165 SEAFOOD SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g small octopuses, 200 g 150 g prawns, shrimps, cuttlefish 200 g, 300 g, 300 g of mussels bull's-eyes (abalone), chopped parsley and a little garlic, 50 g of black olives, chilli, 2 lemons, olive oil, salt, celery.
Boil in salted water crustaceans and molluscs.
Remove them from the shells and cut them into small pieces, except the mussels.
Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, pitted black olives, cut into rings and celery salt.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
