Instructions

08474 SEAFOOD SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g 200 g mussels, prawns, 100 g baby squid, cuttlefish, 100 g 200 g squid rings, parsley, 50 dl of oil, 20 g onion, 2 cloves of garlic, white wine, 100 g of water, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste METHOD in a saucepan saute the garlic with oilAdd the baby octopus, cuttlefish and squid rings and let stand for a few minutes.

Wet with wine then add water.

Simmer covered for about 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Aside from fate open to steam the mussels then keep them aside.

A glass bowl lined with lettuce leaves and pour the mussels with the whole nuts, baby squid, cuttlefish, squid and shelled prawns.

Seasoned with pepper, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice and a drizzle of raw oil.
