Asparagus and corn salad
Instructions
08049 ASPARAGUS and corn Salad with HONEY VINAIGRETTE SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS 1 bunch of asparagus, 1 package frozen sweet corn, 1 leaf of lettuce.
For the vinaigrette: 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, salt.
Cook PROCEDURES separately in salted water, tips of asparagus and corn.
Beat the oil with the vinegar, honey and a pinch of salt.
Slice the lettuce, place in a baking dish and cover with corn.
Arrange the asparagus on top and sprinkled with slightly lukewarm vinaigrette.
