Instructions

INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 250 g sardines, 200 g frozen peas, 1 carrot, 1 1 ripe tomato, lettuce, lemon, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

CASE clean the sardines, remove the bones and place them in a baking dish from the oven.

Add salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley, sprayed with lemon oil and then bake in the oven for a few minutes.

Boil the peas in salted water, drain and keep aside.

Clean the lettuce and cut into slices.

Blanched tomatoes, shave it and cut the flesh into small dice.

Place all vegetables in a large bowl, pour a little oil, add salt and mix well.

place the sardines above seasoned and the salad with the cooking sauce.

Serve the salad warm slightly.
