Tuna and corn salad
Instructions
Prepare a vinaigrette with 6 tablespoons oil, 3 tablespoons vinegar, a little mustard, chopped parsley and a little salt.
Boiled maize as indicated on the package, with salt, drain and mix with the vinaigrette, let cool.
Cut the tuna into pieces, hard-boiled eggs and chopped tomatoes and chopped checked the Central leaves of lettuce. Mix with the corn and serve in the center of the lettuce, placed in a bowl.
