Instructions

08346 SALAD of ORANGES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 5 oranges, fennel, 1 1/2 pomegranate, the juice of 1/2 lemon, extra virgin olive oil.

Grate an orange PROCEDURE and put the peel to macerate with three tablespoons of olive oil and the lemon juice.

Peel, remove the white skin, all other oranges and cut into round slices.

The pomegranate shelled, washed and cut the fennel into strips.

Place the orange slices in a large dish, settle over the fennel and pomegranate beans, seasoned with sauce to scorza.

This is a salad that can be transformed into macedonia if you take away the fennel, seasoned with a few tablespoons of brandy and dust with a little sugar.
