08346 SALAD of ORANGES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 5 oranges, fennel, 1 1/2 pomegranate, the juice of 1/2 lemon, extra virgin olive oil.
Grate an orange PROCEDURE and put the peel to macerate with three tablespoons of olive oil and the lemon juice.
