Swordfish salad and white cake

08431 SWORDFISH SALAD and white CAKE AROMAS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 slices of swordfish for a total weight of 600 g, 300 g of white beans boiled, Spain 30 g extra virgin olive oil, 1 sprig of Sage, 1 sprig of Rosemary, a sprig of parsley, 1 clove of garlic, 20 g raisins, salt, pepper, chili powder.
Clean PROCEDURE the slices of fish by removing the skin and darker at the Center.
Cut them so fairly regular dice, just larger than the beans.
Prepare a beaten of garlic and parsley and cook in a pan with olive oil.
Left to dry well in the not-too-high heat, then add the fish and cook for 10 minutes.
Add herbs and raisins, coarsely chopped and drained beans and two tablespoons of their cooking water.
Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add salt slightly.
When you bring to the table, adjust salt if necessary and sprinkle with a little freshly ground pepper and chilli.
