Instructions

08140 TURNIP SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 turnips, 50 g celeriac, 2 slices of pineapple, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, 3 slices of bacon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE Peel the turnips and cut them into sticks, cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it with pine nuts, in a bit of oil, when golden brown.

Mixed the turnips with celery and the pineapple cut into pieces, pancetta and pine nuts, spray liberally over the vinaigrette made with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
