09534 to BROWN TURKEY and honey 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 1 4 small Turkey, cheese, 3 tablespoons of honey, juice of 1 lemon, peanut oil, 1 box of unflavoured, brown butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, 400 g chestnut puree, 5 cl of fresh cream, salt, pepper.
PROCEDURE Turn the oven to 180° Passed under cold water, dry it well the Turkey inside with a paper towel.
Mix the cheese with a teaspoon of honey, mixing well, and with the cream stuffed the Turkey.
Turkey sprayed with lemon juice, salt and pepper, and spalmatela evenly with the rest of the honey.
Then doratela in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, bake and cook 30 minutes calculating per kg.
Turkey often soaked with the cooking sauce and, if necessary, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil (to prevent dori too quickly).
Meanwhile drain the chestnuts and saute it in butter for 5 minutes with sugar.
Keep aside to warm.
Heated Bain-Marie mashed chestnuts with the cream, stirring well, add salt and keep aside.
When serving, place the Turkey on a serving platter and around ask yourself the Browns.
Accompanied with mashed Browns kept aside.
