To cartocci liver
Instructions
Sage, Rosemary and chopped 1 garlic clove, mix in some fennel seeds and a pinch of salt.
Spread the mixture on liver slices, cover with slices of bacon and place everything into pieces of foil after you have deployed the butter flakes.
Lay the wrappers on the oven and bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 400 g of sliced calf's liver
- 100 g of sliced bacon
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of sage
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fennel seeds
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
