Instructions
10253 POTATO CAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 1 pack of puff pastry, 700 g of potatoes, 2 eggs, 80 g, 80 g cream, 1 clove of garlic, parsley, salt.
PROCEDURE Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain and peel them, cut them into slices of 2-3 mm thick.
Roll out the puff pastry into a pie mould 26 cm in diameter.
Fold the flaps toward the inside and press all around with a fork.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and brush the edges of the dough.
Combine eggs and milk cream.
Mix and add salt.
Chop parsley and garlic together.
Arrange half of the potato slices to radiate on puff pastry, cover with that spoonful of batter.
Place remaining potatoes, always in a radial pattern, cover with the remaining batter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and garlic.
Cook in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
This cake, served warm or hot, can also be a light dinner, served with a nice salad.
