Potato pie with anchovies and peppers

2_07186 POTATO PIE with ANCHOVIES and peppers INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of anchovies, 4 onions, 4 2 large potatoes, bell peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper.
For the sauce: 400 g tomato sauce, 50 g of black olives, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme.
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and FRY in oil, soft focus, so they are browned out and keep in.
Cut the onions into rings thin and slightly brown in oil until they are golden.
Roasted Peppers, Peel and cut them into strips; cut the garlic into slices, FRY for a few minutes in a little oil, add the peppers and FRY for a few minutes, too.
Clean the anchovies, open them in half, add salt, pepatele and ungetele of oil; Cook in the oven at a high temperature for 10 minutes.
Olives, pitted and cut into small pieces, when done to the tomato sauce and thyme and heat for a few minutes.
In a round baking sheet, place half the potatoes, half the onions, anchovies, peppers fried with garlic and the rest of the onion and potatoes; cover with the tomato sauce and heat in the oven at a high temperature for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
