Mortadella pizza

INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 300 g flour, 20 g Brewer's yeast, 200 g sliced mortadella (lean), 2 eggs, tomatoes, pepper, dried oregano, 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt.
PROCEDURE prepare the pasta according to the directions of the basic recipe, then let it rise.
Then roll out the dough on the floured work surface into a browse a bit bigger than your baking sheet, greased with oil, where the adagerete folding around a cord with the excess dough.
Lay the tomatoes on dough, shelled eggs in a Cup, flavour with oregano and grated Parmesan.
Pour the mixture over the tomatoes and cover with sliced mortadella.
Bake in hot oven at 230ø.
