Instructions

10330 POTATO PIZZA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of potatoes, 200 g flour, 1 egg, 100 g of bacon, 50 g of spicy sausage, onion, 1 200 g of drained tomato fillets, 10 basil leaves, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of oregano.

In a saucepan with salted water Cook the potatoes peeled and cut into pieces.

When cooked let cool.

In a pan, fry the sliced onions with oil and gold as soon as you add the Diced Bacon.

Set the mixture aside.

In a bowl mix the potatoes with the egg and a pinch of salt.

Add the flour and stir vigorously to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

On two plates from the oven, place a sheet of parchment paper lightly buttered, spread the mixture to form separate piles on 4 plates.

With your hands a little greasy oil, roll out the dough into 4 equal-diameter discs.

On each disk tomato flakes, oregano, onion and Bacon mixture, spicy salami cut into strips and, finally, the chopped Basil.

Add a little olive oil if you like and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Serve.
