Instructions
15580 BREAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 370 g of milk, 25 g yeast, 600 g flour manitoba, salt.
Place the flour on a work surface, add the yeast dissolved in warm milk, salt and mix well the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, let rise for 30 minutes in a lukewarm, then transfer the dough into two cake moulds (12 x 20) buttered and floured.
Let rise for at least another 30 minutes, cover the stencils with a sheet of parchment paper, and cook in the oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
Eventually remove paper and bake for 15 minutes.
