Instructions

CHRISTMAS STRAIN 18572 INGREDIENTS 4 eggs 12 PEOPLE, 130 g flour, 150 g sugar, 100 g bitter chocolate, 40 g of soft butter, half a packet of yeast, salt.

For the filling: 600 g of chestnut jam, 120 g of soft butter, 3 tablespoons kirsch or rum, 100 g chopped chocolate.

Chop the chocolate PROCEDURE, add eggs, butter, sugar, flour, salt, mix well and add the yeast.

Pour the mixture in a baking Tin square (30 x 30), buttered and floured, Cook in the oven at 180° for 12 minutes.

Must only slightly stain the edges, cover the Pan and baked with a cloth soaked and wrung out.

Flip and let cool.

Add the jam, butter and liquor, spread about half of the filling on the dough and roll it up with the cloth.

Spread the other half on the surface and roll with the tip of the fork, trying to recreate the wrinkles of a bark.

Sprinkle the cake with chopped chocolate, put in figrorifero and serve well chilled.

You can improve your presentation using Christmas seals.
