Christmas pudding
Instructions
Macerate for 10 days in a fresh 450 g of kidney fat with 450 g of chopped raisins and 450 g candied fruit, chopped 250 g of ground almonds, 250 g of brown sugar, two tablespoons of powdered spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg), two tablespoons of grated orange peel and a glass of rum.
Stir well every day.
Pour everything into a pottery mould and Bain-Marie cooking for 6 hours.
Turn out and serve hot with cream and sugar.

- 450 g of kidney fat, chopped
- 450 g of sultanas
- 450 g of chopped candied fruit
- 250 g of almonds
- 250 g of cane
- 2 tablespoons of powdered spices (ginger, cinnamon)
- 2 tablespoons of grated orange zest
- 1 glass of rum

- Cream sweetened
