Instructions

18130 BANANA CAKE INGREDIENTS 8 PEOPLE 160 g of wholemeal bread toasted or dry crumbs, 8 teaspoons of margarine, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, 1 package of instant gelatine, 2 sliced bananas and softened with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 240 g of lean curd, 240 g of natural yoghurt, 2 tablespoons orange zest strips.

Knead with your hands PROCEDURE the bread crumbs, margarine and lemon peel.

Cover with this dough on bottom and the edge of a sheet of 20 cm in diameter, draw with your hands to form a uniform crust.

Passed in already warm oven to 150ø.

the pan for 8-10 minutes.

Dropped the Pan and let it cool.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

Puree the bananas with ó the lemon juice and sugar, add the gelatine, the ricotta and yogurt.

Blend at low speed until the mixture is creamy and very smooth.

Now pour the mixture on the bottom of bread crumbs now already cold, even with a wooden spoon and garnish with remaining banana slices.

Passed in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

When serve garnish with thinly cut orange peel.
