Banana cake and candied fruits
Instructions
Work the butter in a large bowl, using a wooden spoon, until it becomes creamy.
Add a little at a time, then add sugar, eggs and processed in order to obtain a homogeneous compound and bloated.
Mix in a bowl the flour, one teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt, then add the mixture to the butter and eggs, alternating with a spoonful of warm milk.
When you have exhausted all the ingredients work the mixture until it is smooth and consistent.
Butter a mold box, pour half of the mixture and place on this banana peel and cut into slices lengthwise.
Squirt the fruits with the juice of a lemon, sprinkle them with the candied fruit into small pieces and cover everything with the rest of the dough.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 50 minutes, then let it cool, dessert, turn out onto a serving dish and serve.

- 3 bananas
- 80 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of butter
- 100 g of candies
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch of salt
