Sweet carrots and dried fruits
Instructions
18627 carrot and SWEET DRIED FRUIT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 medium egg, 4 carrots, 160 g caster sugar, butter 120 g, 160 g of flour, a bit of yeast cake knife, 80 g powdered almonds 60 g raisins.
Finely grate the carrot and then soak them on a layer of paper towels to remove part of the water.
Mix the beaten eggs with the sugar and add the melted butter.
Add the flour mixed with yeast, almonds, raisins and, last, the carrots.
Pour into a buttered Cake mould.
Cook in the oven already warm to 160ø.
for 25 minutes.
When cooked, remove from oven, let cool, put on a serving platter and serve.
