Chocolate cake with nuts

2_18130 CHOCOLATE CAKE with NUTS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of chocolate, 125 g sugar, 100 g butter, 5 eggs, 50 g 50 g toasted almonds, Roasted Hazelnuts, 50 g walnuts, 25 g flour, whipped cream, cocoa powder.
Melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy, add the melted chocolate, flour and chopped nuts and stir the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a mold floured and bake in oven, Bain-Marie, for 40 minutes.
Put the cake, sprinkle with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
