18504 CHRISTMAS CAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of sugar, 400 g of butter, 10 whites, 540 g flour, 2 sachets of yeast, 2 sachets of vanilla.
Beat the sugar with the butter, add the egg whites and flour sifted with the baking powder and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly by obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Pour all into a buttered mould and bake previously heated to 170° for about 60 minutes.
Decorate the cake with ribbons, sprigs of mistletoe, bunches of currants, fruit: you can use it as a centerpiece.
