Instructions

CHRISTMAS DOUGHNUT INGREDIENTS 2_18319 100 g of chocolate, 1 kg of flour, 300 g sugar, 100 g of baking powder, 50 g butter, 5 eggs, one Orange, 100 ml, 50 ml dry anise oil, anise beans, fava, a little surprise to your liking.

In a large bowl mix well 100 g flour, the yeast, a pinch of salt and a little water until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Let it rest in a bowl covered with a cloth so that it can rise.

Squeeze the orange juice and keep aside the juice.

Clean the skin with a damp cloth and remove the white inside.

In a pan heat some oil and? saucepan? the Peel.

Remove from the fire only when it is golden brown; Add the juice and anise in grain.

Stir and keep aside.
