Instructions

19269 MORETTINI 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS BANANA dose for about 40 morettini.

3 bananas, 1/2 dose of pastry, 200 g dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon of sugar.

For the pastry: 250 g flour, 150 g butter, 100 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 pinch of salt.

PROCEDURE prepare the pastry: beat the egg yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt, add the softened butter into small pieces and sieved flour, mix well until it forms a? loaf?.

Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Roll out half of dough with rolling pin and cut about 40 floppy disks of the same diameter of bananas (about 3 cm).

Your on wax paper and cook in a hot oven at 180° for about 15 minutes.

When they are lightly browned remove them and let them cool.

Peel bananas, cut into slices 1 cm thick.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour it on top of the banana slices and greater or lesser shortbread.
