Bucatini with herbs
Instructions
Brown in oil garlic and chilies; combine the Basil, parsley and chopped Mint and seasoning.
Cook the bucatini in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, toss with Herb oil, sprinkle them with cheese and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta bucatini
- 1 clove of garlic
- Basil
- Parsley
- Mint
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Hot pepper
