Instructions

20373 STRAWBERRIES into GELATIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 gelatin sheets (2 g), 25 cl of wine moscato, 100 g of caster sugar, 5 sprigs of lemon balm, 500 g of strawberries.

You soften the gelatin sheets, for 10 minutes, in a salad bowl filled with cold water.

Bring to the boil, then Muscat let it simmer for 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, boil 15 cl of water and sugar, stirring; away from the fire, add the sprigs of lemon balm, gelatine, previously squeezed between the fingers and stir until completely dissolved.

Add moscato and let cool.

Strain the preparation obtained and pour 1/3 in a glass bowl.

Let it thicken, for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Wash, drain and clean the strawberries; distribute them evenly on the bottom of the jelly, cover with remaining gelatin and let thicken, for 4 hours in the refrigerator.

When serving, dip the bottom of the Bowl quickly in hot water and put the strawberries into gelatin on a serving dish previously icy.

Decorate as desired and cut the cake into slices.

Present it with chantilly cream.
