Strawberries in syrup
Instructions
Clean with a cloth 2 pounds of strawberries, making sure to not scraped from picciuolo fruit.
Put them in a bowl and bagnale with 10 cl brandy.
On low heat, meanwhile, simply dissolve 500 g sugar with 60 cl water where you add a lemon peel.
Get 4 pots with hermetically sealed and pour in the strawberries, then cover the whole thing with the syrup and close for good.
At this point, place the jars in a pot, making sure they are fully submerged, leads to a boil and let Cook for 5 minutes.
Then turn off the heat and let cool in pot vases.
These strawberries are kept for at least one year if placed in a dry place.

- 2000 g of strawberries
- 10 cl of brandy
- 500 g of sugar
- 60 cl of water
- == 1 lemon (zest)
