Instructions

4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS: 370 g, 80 g flour, 60 g butter, 3 large bananas, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 1 piece of cinnamon, ground biscuits, oil, ground cinnamon.

METHOD melt the milk in one litre of water and heat the wax with the cinnamon and lemon peel.

Fry the flour in 30 g butter, pour the milk little by little, stirring continuously and cook for 20 minutes.

Peel the bananas and cut them in half, sprinkle with lemon juice and FRY in remaining butter.

Spread half of cream in a rectangular baking dish (must be a thin layer), place over the fried bananas and cover with the rest of the cream.

Let cool for 30 minutes.

When cold cut in rhombuses, passed each Rumble in the ground biscuits, then in beaten egg and finally cookies back into FRY in plenty of hot oil.

Drain well the diamonds and sprinkled with cinnamon.
