Instructions

20016 MELON with FRUIT GRATIN INGREDIENTS 1 large melon, 1 box of canned pineapple, 1 can of peaches in syrup (1 kg.), 3 egg whites, 6 tablespoons sugar, kirsch.

PROCEDURE Cut the melon in half, lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop the flesh into cubes.

Cut the pineapple into pieces, mixed with melon, sprayed with the liquor and let macerate for 30 minutes.

After this preparation filled the two halves of melon and place in refrigerator for one hour.

When it's time to serve, beat the egg whites until fluffy, add sugar, stirring and cover the melon halves.

Gratinate in the oven for a few minutes and serve immediately.
