Pears with lemon sauce
Instructions
20140 PEARS with LEMON SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 pears in syrup, 1 plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon Cointreau, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
Cut the lemon peel in very fine slices and cook for 10 minutes in the syrup of pears.
Mix the yogurt with the cream, liqueur and lemon slices with cooking syrup and lemon juice; put the pears on a plate and cover with sauce.
