Instructions

Squeeze lemons and strain the juice from the strainer.

Peel the pears, cut them into wedges, remove the core and seeds.

Yet each quarter cut into two or three segments, depending on the size and collect them in a bowl large enough.

Pour over the lemon juice filtered to the colander and let the cloves will remain submerged, sprinkle with sugar.

Let flavour in the refrigerator and serve the pears.
