Instructions
21189 PEL DRINK CARROT JUICE INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 250 g of carrots novelle, 1 large lemon juice, juice of 1 large orange, Cointreau, 1 bottle of Cava Brut, 1 ice tray.
Half-cut PROCEDURE julienne carrots, leave it in a bowl pouring on it a little bit of lemon juice and stir.
Puree the carrots cut into pieces, with the remaining lemon juice, juice of Orange, Cointreau and the ice cubes.
Then strain the all in a carafe.
Add champagne and stir gently.
Served in cocktail glass by adding some tenderloin julienned carrot.
