the OYSTERS MORNAY 00173 INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 20/24 oysters, of which there are 4 beautiful large shells 2 dl.
bechamel sauce 1 egg yolk 30 g grated Swiss cheese CASE Cook oysters and, separately, mix their water with the béchamel sauce.
The resulting liquid, add one egg yolk and most of the cheese.
Add salt and pepper.
Put on the bottom of the oyster shells a teaspoon of sauce, sprinkle over 5/6 oysters in turn covered with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in very hot oven quickly.
